Consele Products was created and developed in early 2011 by Tovi Wilkins, a professional hairstylist for over 30 years.

 

It began as a solution to treat her husband's persistent eczema.  After working through the night and into the early morning in her kitchen to identify the right mix of ingredients; Transform & Rejuvenate (Top to Bottom), an all-over body product was born.
